Hey Parents! Would you like to celebrate your child’s birthday or a special accomplishment? Then show it by painting THE OP SPIRIT ROCK for everyone to see!

Rules for THE OP ROCK:

While signing up through sign up genius keep in mind, you can sign up for one day per child.The time you have is from 4:00 pm the day before you sign up until 4:00 pm on the date requested. Example: For a birthday that is on the 15th of the month: I would sign up for the 15th.  I could paint the rock on the day prior, the 14th, any time after 4:00 pm.  PLEASE FOLLOW THIS RULE!!  IT IS SAD TO HAVE YOUR ROCK PAINTED OVER DUE TO SOMEONE NOT FOLLOWING THESE DIRECTIONS.

If you are using a painter, please remind them not to begin before 4pm! 

Additional rules are outlined in the CMS Student Rights, Responsibilities, and Character Development Handbook. Code of Student Conduct MUST be obeyed! No bullying, profanity, obscenity, or derogatory language.

**A little tip:  Spray paint works best for this project.  Latex paint will take several hours to dry, while spray paint takes a few minutes.  Bring a couple of cans for your base color (more if using white) and one can for your lettering.

The PTA collects voluntary donations to use the OP SPIRIT ROCK. 100% of the proceeds go directly into our Helping Hands budget.

Helping Hands ensures that all OP students who may require extra support receive the materials they need to be academically successful and to reach their full potential. Helping Hands not only provides needed school supplies but also food, clothing and more throughout the school year, as needed.
