FALL 2024 ENROLLMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS

Click here for the CMS enrollment page to find the documents to enroll your student.

 

Please print and fill out all the documents and then return them via email to our Registrar(New Registrar's name and email coming soon). They will review your documents and forward them to Student Placement until mid-summer. After that time, the Registrar will do the entire enrollment process.

 

*Please Note: If you send your documents directly to Student Placement, you will be enrolled, but Olde Providence will not have access to your information until late summer. Going through the OP Registrar to enroll will enable us to keep you updated with news and information for the upcoming year.

SCHOOL TOURS

A fabulous committee of PTA volunteers give tours to prospective parents throughout the year. Monthly tours are held on the first Thursday of the month during lunchtime. All those interested can sign up via email to opschooltour[at]gmail[dot]com. Please reach out if you need a tour outside of the monthly schedule and we will do our best to accommodate you.

BEGINNERS Day

Rising Kindergarteners and their parents are invited to attend Beginners Day in the spring! This is an opportunity for your child to enter the school and learn about what they will be doing in kindergarten. There will be a presentation for parents with important information about our school and next steps. Beginner's Day will be Friday, April 26th, from 8:30-10:00am! RSVP HERE!
